Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after full payment
has been received. We accept payment through
our available payment methods. All transactions
are processed securely. XarragoShop reserves
the right to cancel any order that appears
fraudulent or violates our policies.

Retail & Wholesale

Retail purchases are available for single item
orders. Wholesale pricing is available for bulk
purchases of 12 or more items. Wholesale prices
are applied automatically based on the quantity
selected at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Somalia including Mogadishu,
Bosaso, Hargeisa, Kismayo, and all major cities.
Delivery times vary by location and are
estimated at checkout. XarragoShop is not
responsible for delays caused by shipping
partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
if they are unused, unworn, and in their
original packaging. Refunds are processed
within 3 to 5 business days after the returned
item has been received and inspected. Shipping
costs are non-refundable unless the item
received was defective or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

logos, images, text, and designs, is the
